WHAT IS THE TYPICAL TURNAROUND FOR TASKS?
Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity and nature of the tasks. During our consultation, we'll establish clear expectations and timelines based on your priorities. Our goal is to deliver efficient and timely results, allowing you to stay focused on your core business activities.
Is there a minimum commitment with my VA?
Yes, there is a minimum three-month commitment period for compatibility. A replacement is available at no extra cost to you, and a 30-day notice period is required to end the service if you decide to stop working with us.
WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING DAYS?
We work Monday to Friday and primarily with client work from 10am to 4pm AEDT, Sydney Australia.
What does Feminine Virtual Solutions do?
We offer personalised virtual support tailored to coaches, and business owners. Our focus is on social media management, email marketing, and administrative tasks, allowing clients to stay in their creative flow while we handle the operational side of their business
Does the VA work for me or for you?
The Virtual Assistant is employed by The Funnels Queen to assist you with tasks under the retainer agreement. Your VA is a professional dedicated to your business, working during your preferred time zone. We handle payroll, HR, training, and many other aspects to support you!
HOW DO I COMPLETE PAYMENT?
When choosing a package, we offer payment options through Bank Transfer and Credit/Debit cards via Stripe. Any payments made through Stripe will be automatically deducted on the same day each month.
How does it work?
If you schedule a call, we will explain how a VA can save time, reduce stress, and offer expertise. Tasks are outlined via a form, a personality test is taken, and a Human Design Chart is added for matching. Onboarding training sessions & meetings with your VA are provided to get started.
